Position Summary:
As the Office Manager you will promote the Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity mission by overseeing the functions of daily office operations. This key position requires a high-level of professionalism and is responsible for coordinating and optimizing office operations to support personnel and organizational goals. The Office Manager performs core administrative duties that form the bedrock for successful interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including--

Understands and utilizes the position to support and further the Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity mission.

Develops and implements office procedures to organize workflows and ensure administrative systems run smoothly.

Expense management; tracks/records accounts receivable/payable, processes invoices, manages petty cash, assists bookkeeper with monthly financial reports, assists in budget planning.

Conducts human resource functions; manages payroll through professional payroll service, onboards new employees, maintains employee files, updates HR, health, and safety policies.
